Terms of Service
PAYMENT METHOD
➤ Transfer via Paypal, Western Union.
➤ Please pay 100% of your order after approving the sketch.
WORKING PROCESS
➤ Brief -> set deadline from 1 week to 2 months -> sketch -> lineart -> full color -> background (if any) -> send artwork via email
➤ Deadline less than 1 week: +15% of total order.
➤ Extra character: +80% of base price.
➤ Edit: after 3 edits, an additional fee will be charged.
➤ Background and additional requests will be priced depending on complexity. The base price above includes character details.
➤ Commercial Comm: x2/x3 total order base on request.
➤ Private Comm: +20% of total order.➤ Cancel comm: if you cancel your comm at any step, I will refund according to the progress. After canceling, please do not edit or use the comm for any other purpose. I do not accept cancellations once I start coloring.
➤ If I cannot complete on time for some reason, I will notify you to postpone the date. If not, I will refund 100% and you have full rights to use the comm.
TERMS
➤ I have the right to post your commission on my social networks, with watermark.
➤ I have full copyright ownership of the painting.
➤ DO NOT use my painting for AI/NFT. Do not claim the painting as your own, or edit, copy, or resell it, including my unapproved sketches and linearts.
➤ When posting the painting on social networks, please credit my name.
➤ This is a non-profit commission, for personal use only. DO NOT print/sell for commercial purposes if you do not order a commercial comm!!!
